How long does delivery takes?

Please allow 15-31 business days for your order to arrive. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 42 days). We work with different artists and suppliers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team Hello@KelseyAdeleLiving.com for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

How can I track my package?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible.

Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on Track You Order page to find the real-time update of your shipment.

If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Track Your Order page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Why did I only receive some of the items in my order but not all of them?

Kelsey Adele is pleased to partner with artists and suppliers all over the world in bringing products that illuminate and inspire. Some of our items will be shipped from suppliers in places such as China, India, Indonesia or Thailand, while others will be shipped directly from artists in the US.

For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations. Its common for two separate items to arrive up to a week apart from each other.

Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 

Why are you offering free items?

The items are free because of a special promotion to launch our new store, or because one of our suppliers wants to test how popular their items are before computing a price. Take note... these free items won't be free for long! If you see a free offer - snatch it up before we start charging for them.

Why is the Shipping so high on a Free + Shipping Offer?

It's not really high, if you think about it. We could charge you $7.95 for the item plus a shipping amount to make the costs exactly the same as the final shipping cost. These items come straight overseas from our warehouse, to your door.They are handmade with heart and skill. The items are picked and packed from the warehouse, labels are printed and then the items get on a plane, then goes through customs, and gets processed through your local postal system. It's an expensive journey! Buying 2 or more saves you on the shipping charges and gets you volume discounts on most FREE + SHIPPING offers.

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it??

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed 2 hours after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Kelsey Adele adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information. 

We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted.

We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

We offer our customers 100% satisfaction guarantee. We fully refund your order if you don't like the product. No questions ask. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details.
